Mission
ProMo is the independent organization that stands by alerting the local and international population to the field of monuments and that watches over the conservation of the built-on and cultural heritage on Curacao.

Vision
ProMo is the organization that in the coming three years is going to concentrate primarily on the education and information of especially the Curaçao population in the field of monuments. Besides that the organization has an active watchdog function.

Goals
For the coming years ProMo has formulated the following goals:

• to promote the appreciation of the historical buildings and townscapes and views of villages with the island population;
• to increase the awakening to and the appreciation of the monuments of Curacao among the population of Curacao;
• to take legal steps against injustice actions that can harm the monuments on Curacao;
  to enhance the co-operation between the different stakeholders in the monument business.
